It has been brought to our attention that many of our valued customers are receiving scam emails from people asking you for your bank details. This is a big concern to us and we have taken steps into sorting out this problem.

How are we combatting this?
We have now built in a keyword filter for all outgoing mail. If a message contains certain keywords, it will not be sent.
We are also going to attach a short message to all outgoing mail telling users not to disclose bank details to anyone.
We will also keep an eye out for any bulk mailing that occurs and take the relevant steps towards implementing new keywords for our filter system.
We would like you to know that we consider this a real problem and are taking ongoing steps to resolving it.
