Description

This stallion needs no introduction as one of the most consistant producers of all round sports and show horses. He is the most senior stallion in Britian by the legendary WELTMEYER and contains the famous WENZEL and DARWIN on the dams side. WEST COUNTRY stamps his stock and passes on his very powerfull movement and good temprament. He successfully passed his performance test in Germany. He competed at Prix St George and Intermediate 1 level. He was the leading competative Hanovarian Dressage stallion in 1999 and 2000. He was retired sound from competing in 2000.

His progeny are competing at Advanced medium level in dressage, grade B in showjumping and winning supreme championships at top level in the show ring incuding winning at HOYS. His foals are obtaining the credited `Premuim` title from the Oldenburg society. Broadstone Wizard was reserve hunter champion at HOYS in 2003. Broadstone West Side Story was 9th in the Large Hacks at HOYS in 2004 and 6th in 2006. Westmore Destiny was the Champion Hunter pony at the Royal highland show in 2007 and qualified for the Cuddy Supreme In Hand Championship at HOYS. HIs son WYOMING was the champion winner at the 2003 Best Briitish Foal Show at Addington. Some successfull competiton horses are Holy Smoke, Wild Card, Wihemina, Go West, Broadstone Windsor, the late Whiggys Way, Broadstone West Minster Poet, Broadstone Winter World etc.
